I thought it could never happen to me, and then at four in the morning, on the way back from Italy, I put petrol in the diesel tank. The fun cost me 4 hours and €500. Since then I'd been a bit unsure when refuelling… With this little bit of support I now refuel with more confidence. **M. Zamhöfer, Autohaus Mock** ★★★★★ ### Goal achieved! We have fitted our rental and demonstration vehicles with it. We now get far fewer questions about which fuel needs to be put in. **Frank R.** ★★★★★ ### Brilliantly simple - simply brilliant! Also ideal for businesses whose vehicles are used by different drivers! **Knut S.** ★★★★★ ### Very good product In 42 years and about 2,000,000 km it has actually happened to me once too, putting petrol ⛽️ in a diesel ⛽️. That's why I ordered the Tankfreund: before you reach the fuel cap, it reminds you once more which is the right fuel. **Holger S.** ★★★★★ ### Habit can get expensive.. The Tankfreund is a good way to rethink your habits. I have driven nothing but petrol cars for a good 30 years and have now chosen a diesel for the first time. Would gladly buy again. Regards **Kai** ★★★★★ ### Great product Can only recommend the Tankfreund. Great product. **K.** ★★★★★ ### Fantastic idea We got a second car. One diesel car and one petrol car. Looking to avoid misfuelling, I came across the Tankfreund. I'm pleasantly surprised. Good quality and easy fitting with a big effect. As soon as the fuel cap is opened, you are immediately prompted to check, and you check straight away whether you have the right nozzle in your hand. Can only recommend it. **A.K.** ★★★★★ ### Simple and good 👍 I bought the Tankfreund for my diesel because I was used to filling up with petrol and want to avoid misfuelling. Once it arrived I fitted it, and it has kept me from misfuelling right up to today. The adhesive holds, so the Tankfreund always stays in the same place and covers the fuel cap (as intended). For me, a solid solution. 👍 **C. Gerling, DRK Bereitschaft Munster** ★★★★☆ ### Simple & inexpensive solution The risk is there every day. It has already happened to colleagues. To prevent this scenario, we chose the Tankfreund - a simple and inexpensive solution. That adds another level of safety. **R. Zuszek, Cambio CarSharing** ★★★★★ ### No misfuelling for 3 years now With the Tankfreund we were able to protect the whole fleet with a small investment. We haven't had a misfuelling since. **Almuth** ★★★★★ ### A reassuring feeling when lending a car We recently lent out our car, which almost never happens. The handover was quick and uncomplicated. The only thing we forgot to mention explicitly was the fuel. So it was all the more reassuring that the Tankfreund at the filler neck did that job 😀... I wasn't really worried that a misfuelling would happen. How could it - with the Tankfreund?!! **Hendrik S.** ★★★★★ ### Why only now? Although it had never happened to me, I always had a slightly uneasy feeling when refuelling. After two months with the Tankfreund, that's gone. Fitting was child's play (even for me), and my new friend fits both the T5 and the Mercedes. A smiley or a funny slogan would be nice, then you'd have one more friendly moment... With some things you wonder why they've only come along now. We've been flying to the moon for so long... I can and will definitely recommend the Tankfreund! **Philipp** ★★★★★ ### Simply a great product with a great story behind it Great material, easy to fit and it lasts forever without coming off. I'm really happy **Arnulf W.** ★★★★★ ### Great Now that I'm at an age where you easily mix things up (we have 2 cars, diesel and petrol), I bought this sticker as a reminder to take the right fuel nozzle. Delivered quickly and in signal red. Given the winter temperatures at the time, I first warmed the spot on the car with a hairdryer. Peeled the backing off the Tankfreund and stuck it on. The thing is stuck on rock solid. I can only recommend this Tankfreund. (Also for younger people, who are often in a hurry) **Daniel H.** ★★★★★ ### It can be this easy! Two different cars with different fuels, different drivers and a moment's carelessness. Bang, done: engine damage! You can of course also hang a sticky note in there, but it keeps falling off and is annoying. The Tankfreund doesn't get in the way and works wonderfully as a memory aid, clearer than the good old knot in the handkerchief. There's no easier way to save yourself trouble, great thing! **Steve H.** ★★★★★ ### safe refuelling made easy! we ordered the Tankfreund (because we have a petrol car and a diesel), it was delivered super quickly with no problems. Can only recommend it to everyone. With this, misfuelling shouldn't really happen to anyone any more. **Karl-Heinz W.** ★★★★★ ### It wouldn't have happened to me with the Tankfreund! I have 2 cars (diesel + petrol), misfuelled once and unfortunately drove off afterwards too. My mind was elsewhere and then it got expensive. It wouldn't have happened to me with the diesel Tankfreund! **Helga** ★★★★☆ ### Great idea A great memory aid that is really helpful. Thank you very much! **Stefan H.** ★★★★★ ### Uncomplicated and good! Once, lost in thought, I put petrol in my diesel car... This little helper now reminds me every time to use the right pump nozzle. A simple, effective solution. It doesn't always have to be technical, expensive gimmickry. Stick it on and you're done. Thanks! **Susanne B.** ★★★★☆ ### A great solution! Why did nobody think of this sooner? Stuck on quickly and without any problems, and inexpensive too... **Marlies V.** ★★★★★ ### Simple and effective! The Tankfreund is great! I fitted it in my VW Golf in two minutes. Every time I refuel I'm now aware of what I'm doing. Nothing can go wrong any more. ## Test first, then decide.
