Hosting of the website This website is operated with the content management system of HubSpot (HubSpot Ireland Limited, One Sir John Rogerson's Quay, Dublin 2, Ireland; parent company HubSpot, Inc., USA). HubSpot processes the data on our behalf on the basis of a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR). The data of our HubSpot account is stored in HubSpot's European data centre. For delivering the website and protecting it against attacks, HubSpot uses the service provider Cloudflare. Insofar as data is transferred to the USA, this is based on the adequacy decision on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, under which HubSpot, Inc. is certified, and on EU standard contractual clauses. When the website is accessed, technically necessary data transmitted by your browser is processed: IP address, date and time of access, page accessed, previously visited page (referrer), browser type and operating system. This data is required to deliver the website, ensure its stability and security and prevent misuse. The legal basis is our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The data is not stored for longer than is necessary for these purposes. ### 3. Cookies and consent We set technically necessary cookies so that the website works and your cookie selection is saved (§ 25(2) of the German TDDDG, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). All other cookies and similar technologies, in particular for analytics and advertising, we set only with your consent (§ 25(1) of the German TDDDG, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Analytics with HubSpot If you have given your consent, we use HubSpot's tracking code to record how our website is used, for example pages viewed, time spent, referring page, device, browser and approximate location. We use this information to improve our website and our offering. If you fill in a form, the usage data can be assigned to your contact in our CRM. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Without your consent, this analysis does not take place. ### 5. Analytics with Microsoft Clarity If you have given your consent in the Analytics category, we use Microsoft Clarity of Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited (One Microsoft Place, South County Business Park, Leopardstown, Dublin 18, Ireland). Clarity shows us how our website is used: in aggregated reports, for example where people click and how far they scroll, and in recordings of individual visits that replay mouse movements, clicks and scrolling. Entries in form fields are not recorded. We use this information to find errors and make the website easier to understand. For this purpose, Clarity stores a pseudonymous identifier in cookies and processes information on device, browser, approximate location, pages viewed and your interaction with the page. Data may be transferred to Microsoft Corporation in the USA; Microsoft is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. The legal basis is your consent (§ 25(1) of the German TDDDG, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Without your consent, Clarity is not loaded. You can withdraw your consent at any time via the cookie settings. Advertising on Facebook and Instagram (Meta Pixel) If you have given your consent in the Advertising category, we use the Meta Pixel of Meta Platforms Ireland Limited (Merrion Road, Dublin 4, D04 X2K5, Ireland). It is integrated via HubSpot's advertising integration. With it, we measure how well our ads on Facebook and Instagram perform (for example, whether an enquiry reaches us after a click on an ad). We do not use the pixel to show targeted ads to visitors to our website. During the measurement, your IP address, the page viewed, the time, information about your browser and device and a cookie identifier, among other things, are transmitted to Meta. If you are logged in to Facebook or Instagram, Meta may assign the visit to your account. In HubSpot, we can see which ad a contact came to us through. We are jointly responsible with Meta for collecting the data and transmitting it to Meta (Art. 26 GDPR). The details are set out in Meta's agreement on joint responsibility ([facebook.com/legal/controller\_addendum](https://www.facebook.com/legal/controller_addendum)). Meta alone is responsible for further processing; information on this can be found in [Meta's privacy policy](https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy). Data may be transferred to Meta Platforms, Inc. in the USA; Meta is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. The legal basis is your consent (§ 25(1) of the German TDDDG, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Without your consent, the Meta Pixel is not loaded. You can withdraw your consent at any time via the cookie settings. ### 7. Contact form and enquiries If you contact us via the contact form, by email or by telephone, we process your details (for example name, company, email address, telephone number and your message) in order to answer your enquiry, send samples and prepare quotes. Form entries are stored in our CRM system HubSpot. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in handling business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). ### 8. Business contacts and customer relationships We process the contact details of our customers, prospects and business partners (name, company, role, business contact details and the history of our communication) in order to perform contracts, look after customers and inform companies about our offering. For this we use the CRM system HubSpot and, for emails, Google Workspace (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland), in each case as processors. Emails we send are logged in HubSpot so that the course of the conversation can be traced. We also collect business contact details of contact persons at companies from publicly accessible sources (for example company websites, trade press and professional networks) and use services for researching and verifying business email addresses (Hunter, Hunter Web Services, France; Clay Labs, Inc., USA). The legal basis is our legitimate interest in drawing the attention of companies with a fleet to our product (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). You can object to this processing at any time (Art. 21 GDPR); a short message to us is enough. We will then no longer contact you. ### 9. Embedded videos (YouTube) On some pages we embed videos from YouTube (Google Ireland Limited) in enhanced privacy mode (youtube-nocookie.com). When such a page is accessed, a connection to YouTube's servers is established; among other things, your IP address and the page accessed are transmitted. When a video is played, YouTube may process further data and use cookies or similar technologies. For further information, see [Google's privacy policy](https://policies.google.com/privacy). ### 10. Fonts and media Fonts, images and videos (except YouTube) are loaded from our own web space at HubSpot. No connection to the servers of Google Fonts or other third-party providers is made for this purpose. ### 11. Storage period We store personal data only for as long as is necessary for the respective purpose. We keep data from business relationships for as long as the business relationship exists and beyond that insofar as statutory retention obligations apply (for example for business letters and invoices, up to 10 years). ### 12. Your rights You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR) and data portability (Art. 20 GDPR). You can withdraw any consent you have given at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7(3) GDPR). **Right to object:** If we process your data on the basis of our legitimate interest, you can object at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation (Art. 21(1) GDPR). You can object to processing for direct marketing purposes at any time without giving reasons (Art. 21(2) GDPR). Right to lodge a complaint You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the EU member state of your habitual residence, place of work or the place of the alleged infringement. The authority responsible for us is the Dutch supervisory authority Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens ([autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl](https://www.autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl)). If you live in the United Kingdom, the UK GDPR applies in the same way, and you can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO, ico.org.uk). ### 14.
